音読多読トレーニングの進め方

【ステップ1】ゆっくり音読

英会話文を１つにつきすべて３回づつ音読していきます。

最初はゆっくり丁寧に３回づつ音読してくださいね。

【ステップ２】速読

2度目に音読する時今度はできるだけ早く正確に音読します。

スピードを意識してください。

【ステップ３】手拍子＋音読

その次は手拍子を入れてリズムに乗せて音読を３回づつ繰り返してみてください。

心拍数を参考に遅くもなく早くもなくといったスピードで。

【ステップ４】手拍子＋音読チェック

この項目では手拍子と仕上げの実践英会話トレーニングを行います。

和訳の内容を見ながらテンポよくすいすい英会話が出てくるようになっていればトレーニング効果が出ていることがわかります。

まだイマイチ出てきにくい場合はまた次の日にトレーニングを行って挑戦してみてくださいね。

【注】音読トレーニングはお水やお茶など十分な水分補給しながら行ってください。
